Dale Mackey has over 30 years of service across Commercial, National Intelligence Community, and Department of Defense Programs. He has served in the management, planning, execution, and operation of large scale architectures. These Commercial, IC, and DOD Space, Airborne, and Ground based Sensor Payload, Command and Control, Communication, and data processing systems enable him to provide End-to-End Architecture design solutions across a broad spectrum of specialized requirements. Dale is a people-oriented strategic planner with exceptional problem solving, organizational, financial, and interpersonal skills.
After founding Trusted Knowledge Options over a decade ago, he continues to work closely with Commercial and Government clients to understand emerging requirements and ensure that the customers have access to the expertise required to succeed. Now in its 13th year, TKO continues to fulfill Dale's founding vision, remaining 'The Company We All Wished We Could Work For, and “The Prime/Sub Contractor We All Wish We Had”
Dale is an avid sailor, water skier, licensed pilot, and PADI Scuba Instructor. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a MBA in Finance from the Florida Institute of Technology. Dale and his wife Colette split time between Punta Gorda FL and Leesburg VA.

Kevin Lange has led operations and engineering efforts for the intelligence and geospatial communities for over 30 years. Beginning his career in signals intelligence as an Army Officer in 1982, Kevin participated in some of the nation’s most challenging national intelligence programs both as an engineer and project manager. Before founding Trusted Knowledge Options in 2005, he led business development and engineering efforts at Martin-Marietta, Autometric, Inc., and several small start-ups. He has decades of experience in overhead reconnaissance systems design, mission planning, and IT systems engineering.
Today, as TKO’s Chief Operations Officer, Kevin continues to provide the insight into evolving customer needs, an knowledge of the emerging technologies required to meet those needs, while guiding the strategic vision, that will continue to set TKO apart from its competition.
Kevin is an avid student, fisherman, and occasional sailor, dividing his time between the Washington D.C. metro area and the Pacific Northwest. He has a B.S. from Excelsior College, an M.S. in Systems Management from Denver University, and an M.A. in History from George Mason University.
